Our biggest collaborative journey has begun and we are off to a great start.
During our amazing visit from Big Foot Adventures children from R29, 30 and 31 worked in team building groups across the year group for the day. It was fantastic to see children working so hard and cooperatively within their teams.
The next step was for the children to design their own cooperative games which will again be done in collaborative groups across the 3 classes. These groups are currently designing a team building activity based on a Big Foot adventures. They have designed their game, named it, planned out what resources they need, amount of people, time, space etc.
Final touches are being made to their plans and then parents and whanau will be coming in next week to try out these games.
